Marina Bojarski is an IP Counsel at Eviden (an Atos entity) and is specialized in new technologies. She assists Eviden teams daily with IP matters and R&D agreements. She has a strong knowledge of the European Digital regulation, which helps her to ensure compliance, find opportunities and educate colleagues on the upcoming legislation.

In order to prepare companies to the new age of Artificial Intelligence, she participates in several working groups such as the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI), Hub France IA, and IA de Confiance.

Marina is currently completing a PhD thesis on the protection of Artificial Intelligence systems through intellectual property, at the Paris-Saclay.
