Thomas Tuloup
Quantum R&D Engineer
Thomas is a Quantum R&D engineer who specializes in quantum error correction and near-Clifford simulations.
After completing his PhD in Physics at the National University of Singapore, he joined Eviden in 2024. His main research areas are the simulation of near-Clifford quantum circuits, with the goal of exploring quantum error correction beyond stabilizer formalism and Pauli noise models. These research topics have led to several contributions to Qaptiva, such as Pauli-propagation-based simulators and distributed noisy simulators.
In his spare time, Thomas has a passion for basketball, plays the violin and enjoys video games and tabletop roleplaying games.
