The Client
Spadel is a European family-owned mineral water group that produces and markets natural mineral waters, spring waters and refreshing mineral water soft drinks. As a long-standing player in sustainable development and innovation, its mission is to provide a refreshing, hydrating and natural choice to consumers across Europe.
Having tested the waters of SAP S/4HANA
Since most of the Spadel Group’s locations were already running SAP ERP, it upgraded to SAP S/4HANA. Spadel’s Bulgarian entity Devin, on the other hand, was running Microsoft Dynamics NAV integrated with multiple other solutions. In pursuit of business efficiencies, system simplification and process modernization, Spadel chose to migrate all Devin ERP processes to SAP S/4HANA using Fiori.
Far-reaching and innovative
The Eviden Bulgaria SAP competency center proposed and led an innovative SAP S/4HANA implementation for Devin, covering most SAP digital core processes, including:
- Finance
- Control
- Procurement
- Production execution
- Quality management
- Material and warehouse management
- Plant maintenance
The new solution is also integrated with Spadel’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES), automated warehouse (Highbay), customer management solutions (local or SFDC-based) and external data warehouse.

The new setup not only supports Devin’s ERP processes and functionalities, but it also enables Spadel’s internal control and reporting.
