Eviden joins UNIFE, the European association of the rail supply industry

Paris, France – June 14, 2024 – Eviden, the Atos Group business leading in digital, cloud, big data and security today announces that its UNIFE membership has been ratified  by UNIFE – the European Association of the Rail Supply Industry – during the General Assembly in Brussels on June 13, 2024. UNIFE represents rail industry’s interests at both a European and international institutional level.

Eviden has also joined UNITEL, UNIFE’s committee dedicated to the development and implementation of FRMCS, the Future Railway Mobile Communication System. The company’s global expertise in Mission-Critical Systems, serving railways worldwide, will contribute valuable insights and expertise to UNITEL. Eviden has already built business relationships and strong collaborations with several UNITEL members, including Alstom, Siemens Mobility, Ericsson, Nokia, Leonardo, Thales, Ervocom and others. Eviden’s UNITEL membership will further strengthen the ecosystem, benefiting railway customers through enhanced collaboration and innovation.

The company also plans to join the UNIFE Cyber-Security Working Group, to leverage its leading position as #1 in European Managed security services.
