The Angers global factory is our main industrial site responsible for building high-tech solutions for High Performance Computing (HPC), Big Data (cloud, data management / security), Cybersecurity and Defense products for customers worldwide. The site also houses the Staging Lab, which is the Group’s supercomputer testing center and widely a true showcase for all our products and solutions. Aix is primarily dedicated to our mission critical products and specializes in engineering to order for small series. Our Supply Chain & Manufacturing unit is responsible for product validation and industrialization, in close collaboration with the Group’s Research & Development (R&D) teams. Our expertise covers: Coordination and overall control of the supply chain, from procurement to delivery, Assembly, testing and personalization of servers and supercomputers, Validating customer configurations prior to delivery, Collecting and processing end-of-life products, Procurement and distribution of spare parts, ensuring inventory optimization and cost reduction.
