Based in the UK, David has worked in the ITSM space for over 25 years. He started as a technical support consultant, progressing to senior technical support consultancy roles including technical account management. David has also served in regional and global support management, service delivery management and, ultimately, engaged provider management on major projects.

He is a keen advocate of building effective customer relationships and the nurturing of teams to deliver quality customer support.
David has a BA in Business Computing from the University of Sunderland.

Outside of work he spends his time with family, walking his dogs and finding any excuse to ride motorbikes.
