Léo Nicoletti
Applied AI research engineer, Eviden
Léo Nicoletti is an applied AI research engineer with a degree in computer science and applied mathematics from Grenoble INP – ENSIMAG. He also has a master’s in applied statistics, machine learning and data science. With 10 years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling and computer science, Léo is an expert in artificial intelligence and adjacent disciplines. He specializes in machine learning for physics, such as turbulent flows and numerical weather prediction.
He contributes his expertise to Eviden’s AI4Sim team, which is an R&D team specialized in AI for numerical simulations. Within the CEPP (Center for Excellence in Performing Programming) framework, AI4Sim engineers develop deep learning solutions to help partners and clients enhance the accuracy and efficiency of physical modeling and simulation on HPC platforms.
Léo enjoys sports, mountaineering and outdoor activities in his spare time.
