Vaibhav is a seasoned Presales Specialist with 20 years of experience in leading successful customer pursuits and managing multimillion-dollar bids. He brings expertise in solution development and bid management; and has a deep understanding of the outsourcing market, global trends and emerging technologies, including AI.
He has extensively liaised with customers to understand business needs, craft focused solutions; and create insurance journey maps, points-of-view and value propositions.

Vaibhav has deep knowledge of the insurance business (life and annuities, property and casualty, reinsurance) and is certified by LOMA and The Institutes (AICPCU).

Vaibhav holds an MBA in Systems from Mumbai University (India) and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering. He is an avid half-marathoner with a flair for writing, and was also the editor of Atos Syntel’s Connect magazine for well over four years.
