Enhancing R&D with Eviden’s quantum emulator and BullSequana X800 servers at the Hartree Centre
To expand its capabilities, the Hartree Centre has integrated Eviden’s Qaptiva quantum emulator appliance with its existing supercomputing resources. Each appliance can simulate quantum computers with up to 38 qubits, using the BullSequana X800 servers. These simulators support gate, annealing and analog quantum programming models. This seamless integration allows businesses to leverage advanced quantum emulation to enhance their research and development efforts.
The Hartree Centre was one of the first supercomputing centers globally to offer a programming environment and quantum emulation capabilities worldwide.
