Anna Maria Praks

Anna-Maria Praks has more than 25 years of experience in the security industry, with work in politics, academia and the private sector.
She holds Master’s degrees in European Studies and in Law with a specialisation in International Law. Her areas of expertise include cybersecurity, international law, defence and security policy, international relations and government affairs.
From 1999 to 2012, Anna-Maria worked at the Estonian Ministry of Defence with postings to the Defence Committee of the Estonian Parliament and the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in Berlin. From 2012 to 2015, she worked as a researcher in cyber and security policy at various research institutes and universities. Since 2015, she has been working at SEC Consult.
